conceptual landscape design

The conceptual design will show location and flow of the overall design and how it relates to your house and your personal needs.

3D animation

As they say “a picture is worth a thousand words” . And if that is true an animation is the whole book. We are able to take the conceptual design and give you the ability to “fly through” the project. The animation will have wind, sound, movement and even night scenes! It is a great tool to help clients visualize the conceptual design. We have also stepped into the world of Virtual Reality! With the help of today’s leading technology you can immerse yourself in the new design. Being able to “stand” int he space help you see it from a true perspective and gives you a much better idea of the size, scale, and intent of the design.

Landscape documents

After the conceptual and renderings are done the real work begins. The landscape documents have all the necessary information your contractor will need to build the design. Not all landscape plans area created equal. And when there is lack of information on a design, that can cost you time and money during construction. Dimensions, materials, fixtures, elevations, etc. are all clearly defined and called out on the plans set. We can provide full drawings including:
